Communications

Two-way, frequent communication is essential to the success of this project. As part of this project we have the following goals for communication:

• Communicate project progress as it occurs
• Alert the Banner HR/Pay user community of changes that will impact them
• Disseminate information to interview and session participants to allow for preparation
• Seek out user feedback frequently and through many sources
• Communicate with the project Oversight committee in order for the decision to be made whether or not to move to the next phase of the project
